We are not a gym or fitness location, we are a membership system that brings fitness freedom to your unique lifestyle.
How? We network while you workout and affiliate fitness locations or instructors so you have more choices. We breach the gap between fitness freedom and restrictions to one place or memberships that you could not afford other way.
When you sign-up with ZiDiKi, you can select from paying Monthly or Pay In Advance, whatever makes you happy and pay nothing when attending the affiliate locations in our network. Free of contracts, free of stress, just enjoy and get fit!

Do you offer Trial Memberships?
ZiDiKi basis is to give you freedom, choices, and affordability free of contracts. This is why we don't offer trail memberships, we are sure that our product will make you happy and in any case you have the ability to cancel at any time no questions asked.

Do I get a membership card?
Yes! When you sign up, you will get a temporary card that you can print immediately and start using. Not too long after, you will a nice key chain membership card to carry with you and throw away the temporary one. If it has been more than 2 weeks, and you have not received your permanent key chain card on the mail, please contact us so we can check or send you a replacement one.

Can I share my membership card with someone else?
Not at this time. We are looking to offer in the future and allow you to share but at this time, you can not share your membership. Remember that your profile will have your picture and it will be verified at check in at any Network Participant location.

I am a MONTHLY member, can I attend ANY location I want?
You can attend any 2 locations within your FiT and FiTPlus network, every month you can select new locations or keep the same ones. If you are SuperFiT, you can attend any 3 affiliate locations within your network, and any 4 affiliate locations if you are XtremeFiT.

I am a Pay In Advance member, can I attend ANY location I want?
Yes! Each network location is worth certain number of credits, so as long as you have credits left in your account then you are good to go.
Example: You would like to visit ABC Bootcamp, they are worth 10 credits per visit. If you have 10 credits or more in your account- then no problem. If you have 9 credits left or less, sorry it's time to refill.

Can I upgrade my membership at any time?
Of course! We know you will be delighted to explore more networks, more frequently so we made it easy. Just log in to your account and you will be able to upgrade any time you want.Your next bill will be for the new membership level.

I want to report a Network Participant location that is not what they offered
You are our priority and we appreciate you giving us your feedback! We have checks in place to ensure that you get excellent ZiDiKi treatment at any Network Participant location, but unfortunately things can happen. If you want to report a Network Participant for failing to meet your ZiDiki expectation, please click here to fill out a Feedback form. We will investigate your claim and take action where necessary. Once we have close our investigation, we will contact you to let you know the outcome.

How do I cancel my account?
We are sad to see you go but encourage you to give us your feedback so we can improve. If you still want to cancel, please click on this link, you will need to submit this form. Once we receive your request, we will send you a CONFIRMATION EMAIL that you must approve before your request for cancellation takes effect. Please make sure you check your email or Junk folders to avoid any subsequent charges for a cancellation not approved on your end.
